What is bullying?
Bullying can occur as one significant incident or a repeated pattern of acts that involves a real or perceived imbalance of power.   Bullying may involve:

Cyberbullying is also considered a form of bullying and involves bullying that is done through the use of an electronic communication device - cell phone, computer, camera, email, instant/text messaging, social media, website, or any internet-based communication tool.

physically harming a student, damaging a student's property, or making a student fearful that he/she will be harmed or property that belongs to them will be damaged

being severe, persistent, or pervasive enough that the action or threat creates an intimidating, threatening or abusive educational environment for a student.
